Information We Collect

When you book or manage an appointment, we may collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Appointment service, date, time, and booking status.
• On-site appointment address, estimated travel mileage, ID verification acknowledgment, age confirmation, and parent or guardian contact details when required.
• Payment setup details handled by Stripe for the cancellation and no-show policy.

How We Use Information

Client information is used to confirm bookings, manage cancellations, view appointment records, and process eligible no-show or late-cancellation fees through Stripe.

Payment Security

Card details are processed by Stripe. Lilly Lux Lashes does not store full card numbers on this website or in the appointment database.

Government Photo ID

On-site appointments require government photo ID and face verification for artist safety, so the person requesting service can be matched to their ID. Stripe Identity securely handles the ID and selfie verification step. This website stores the Stripe verification session ID and verification requirement status, but it does not store photos of IDs or faces.

Clients Under 18

Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian permission. The parent or guardian may need to provide contact information and their own identity verification before the appointment is confirmed.

Appointment Storage

Appointment records may be stored in Firebase Firestore and accessed only for legitimate business needs such as scheduling, cancellation support, and admin review.

Sharing

Client information is not sold. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to run the booking system, such as Stripe, Firebase, Render, and Firebase Hosting.
